Terms and conditions of trade 
The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to the offers and sales of products on the website www.aspegren-denmark.com, owned and maintained by Aspegren DesignDK Free Form ApS, Fruens Bøge Allé 37, DK-5250 Odense SV, CVR no. 38613324. Requests for information must be sent to mail@aspegren.dk

Order 
Aspegrens's webshop is open 24 hours a day. The site may be down for maintenance or redevelopment temporarily. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card to shop on our webshop If you are not yet 18 years of age, you may have one aged 18 or over to shop for you.

In order for us to ship your order, we need the following information from you:

Shipping and delivery 
We will ship your parcel within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. We will endeavor to ship your order the same day if the order arrives before 14:00. Order placed after 14:00, will be shipped the following weekday. During extra busy periods, extended delivery times may occur.

Aspegren cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery. The responsibility lies with the shipping agency 

NB. If your order has been delivered to a parcel shop, be sure to pick it up before returning it. Return shipping costs are paid by you and are not covered by Aspegren DesignDK Free Form ApS.

Aspegren offers shipping from 8,95 € to the pickup point.

You are also welcome to pick up your package at: Havnegade 98, 5000 Odense C

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on the way.

You can pay with the following: 
Visa / Mastercard / PayPal / American Express / MobilePay
Payment will only be charged to your account when the order is shipped.

No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than what is approved by you. Payment is processed via Shopify and SPY systems through a Nets approved and secure payment solution.

All prices listed is including VAT.

Cancellation of order 
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. email or phone:

Right of withdrawal 
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.
The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your order. You can send an email to mail@aspegren.dk and let us know that you want to return the products.

Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Return 
When you inform us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Return shipping costs are paid by you and are not covered by Aspegren.

We recommend that you safely pack your returned goods in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport. Damage caused during transport is your responsibility. If the goods are not received in original condition and packaging, we will make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods.

To return your items: 
1. Send your return goods to us within 14 days after you have announced that you wish to cancel the purchase.
2. Wrap your goods securely. If the goods are not received in original condition and packaging, we can make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods.
3. When shipping, remember to choose business delivery (not parcel shop). We recommend using GLS, UPS or PostNord. We recommend that you send your return goods as a package, as you will be given a track and trace number here. You will not be assigned a track and trace number if the returns are sent as a letter. Always keep receipts for shipping. If the return package is lost, it is not Aspegren's responsibility.

Cancellation of Purchase 
If you regret your purchase, we will refund your purchase amount. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of the day we received your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.

The refund will be paid on the debit card originally used to purchase your goods. If you paid with MobilePay, the refund will be paid on the associated debit card.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation to have it returned.. 

Copyright 
All images, texts and designs on www.aspegren-denmark.com are protected by copyright law. This must not be used contrary to this.

Complaints 
Under the Purchasing Act, you have a 24-month warranty on any errors or defects that have arisen during normal use of the item. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the goods exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.

If an error or defect is found, you should contact us as soon as possible at mail@aspegren.dk or with reference to the invoice number on the purchase receipt and attach a picture of the complaint item. Errors or wear and tear resulting from improper use of the item are not covered by the right of complaint.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.

If you are eligible for a refund, this will take place within 14 days of approving the claim. If the complaint is justified, and if you have returned the item to us, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

If you, as a consumer, want to complain about your purchase, please contact us by email. Email: mail@aspegren.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with:

Trademark and copyright 
All product designs, product names and contents of this webshop are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use product design, product names or trademarks presented on this site without the prior written consent of Aspegren. These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and any dispute regarding this website, its services or terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
